maybe, just maybe we are reading it wrongly. no way WT can do such a thing, that's like demolishing the Oceania qualifier. because I highly doubt we will see more than 3 competitors in any of those 8 events. maybe max 1 or 2
 
I think only when it comes to "reallocationg the quotas" they won't give it to the next guy if there are less than 4 competitors and that re-allocated quota will go to the World Ranking.

When it comes to the Greek. To be frank this is not a surprise. Despite the seeding and top 20 ranking I didn’t have them on my list as potential qualifiers as there is only two quotas and ranking is not always the best indicator. 
 
the only real surprise is Divkovic from Slovenia and to some extent Matonti and Stolbova.

Yeah, that's the problem. I understand and agree with 1 athlete per weight class rule. the current format says 2 (out of 4) per gender. you can have a full team only if all of them finish in top 5 (or in some cases 6) of the world ranking which is really hard. lots of athletes in top 10 of World ranking will miss the Olympic because their NOCs already qualified 2. 
 
Taekwondo entered the Olympics back in 2000, at the time it was all Korea, IOC made this rule to prevent Korea from winning easy 8 gold medals. but this is not the same anymore. Korea struggles to even qualify lots of athletes. 

I am not in favor of GS but somehow I have the feeling they will not give it up. 
and I read somewhere that the period 2025-2026 although not relevant for Olympic qualification it is still important as it would be crucial for GS qualification. 
 
and honestly no one happier than me if they move it to full ranking qualification similar to judo. As the number per category is really very low it would be really important to have the best athletes at the Olympic tournament.

Nema Lizatovica, iako sam gledao neki intervju da će pokusat skinut kile za 60kg. Nemamo nikog ni kod žena, Vilk nema pravo nastupa jer je premlada još, a Geric nije nastupala na EP i nema pravo nastupa ovde. 
 
Opcenito teško ćemo do kvote. U svim kategorijama nastupaju Rusi, a i puno ostalih države nastupaju sa Rusima. 
trebat će puno sreće u ždrijebu. 

Danas troje naših kreću s borbama u boksačkim kvalifikacijama.
 
Žene 60 kg - prva borba od 11 sati - Sara Beram vs Ayaka Taguchi (JPN). Japanka u prvoj borbi pobijedila indijku 5-0, što je relativno iznenađenje. Iako je Sara iskusnija, treba biti oprezan. Nadam se prolazu.
 
Muški 63,5 kg - šesta borba od 15:30 sati - Marin Jelačić vs Assan Hansen (GER). Hansen nije neprelazna prepreka ali će trebati dosta truda.
 
Muški 71 kg - osma borba od 15:30 sati - Petar Krešimir Knežević vs Maina Boniface Mogunde (KEN). Dosta nepoznat boksač, također nije neprelazna prepreka, ali i Knežević je mlad, pa se očekuje neizvjesna borba.
 
Što se današnjeg dana tiče to je sve od naših. Nadam se da ćemo ostati sa svim boksačima u turniru i nakon današnjeg dana jer je realno.

the seeding is correct but most of better wrestlers are unseeded making it almost useless.
 
no Armenia at all, for obvious reasons  it seems participating here is necessary to compete in the last World Qualifier. but Armenia will be an exception and UWW will allow them to wrestle.
 
Russia didn't register a freestyle team yet. and their 97kg Greco guy (and that's Sargsian and not the Oly Champs Evloev) is wrongly listed for 97kg FS. they will enter a freestyle team for sure. 
 
no Kurugliev for GRE at 86kg which means he still has paperwork to do.
 

Objavljen je ekipni renking u stolnom tenisu i očekivano Hrvatska je unutra. 
 
Na 12 mjestu smo. Preskočili smo Egipat i Hongkong, a Danska je prešla nas. 
 
kvotu uzimaju Slovenija (11), Hrvatska (12) i Indija na 15 mjestu. 
 
Cure su skočile sa 41 na 21 mjesto, ali naravno bez izgleda za kvotu. Njima ostaju europske kvalifikacije i renking.
