VolleyRuller96 got a reaction from Maxim Fastovsky in Volleyball 2019 Discussion Thread
According to our media, USA withdrew from hosting the tournament as it would collide with celebration of the Independence Day. Still, the 2021 edition final tournament will most likely be held in United States.

Earvin Ngapeth got arrested once again, and the charges are serious as he was charged with sexual harrasment. Apparently after his team won the Club World Championship in Betim, Earvin went to a restaurant with some teammates and he "slapped a waiter's butt". He claims he mistook her for a friend of his whom he met eariler in Betim and immediately apologised after he realized his mistake, but the woman did not believe him and placed charges against him.

This is the 6th biggest margin in world championship history. Actually in top 7 largest defeats, Australia suffered 6 of them (and Thailand once). See below:
Hungary 57–9 Australia 2005
Sweden 66–21 Australia 2009
Austria 52–11 Thailand 2009
Russia 48–8 Australia 2009
Angola 47–8 Australia 2005
France 46–7 Australia 2019
Netherlands 53–15 Australia 2011

The world's leading idiot seems to seriously think he signed an act that has now given women the right to vote. What he signed is an act to bring out a coin that commemorates this happening.....100 years ago. "Why wasn't it done a long time ago?" Holy shit man.

I'm for the Tande win, so the second jump is good for me I'm actually pleasently surprised they went with it, since it's become way more safety concerned in the last few seasons.

withdrew from hosting the 2020 Nation's League finals, because the date ( 1-5 july) would interfere with their Independence Day Come on, I understand patriotism, but withdrawing less than a year before the competition starts is just so low
Also in related news, another great idea came from the brilliant minds of FIVB, who demands a fee of ONE MILLION DOLLAR from the federations that want to replace the U.S as host
Something tells me they will push the hosting to Poland again after they realize how ridiculous their demands are and that noone is going to apply for hosting rights once agaIn

But Niger is one of those countries one basically never hears anything about at all. It exists, outside of the knowledge of most people even, and that's it It'd be so cool if a country like that qualifies in a team sport.

The German Supercup match between SCC Berlin and VFB Friedrichshfen was played on specially installed LED-panel floor, covered in invisible anti-slip glass. This type of floor was tested earlier in some minor sports, like squash, however this is the first time it was tested during a important game of any Olympic team sport, so it was a bit of a historical event.

As for us, I think even qualifying to the final tournament will be a huge success, espiecially since is the host... and we, unfortunately, seem weaker and weaker with every year

VolleyRuller96 reacted to MHSN in Women's Volleyball Qualification to Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympic Games
I assume they weren't interested. Olympic Qualification is different than continental Championships. those without chance aren't usually interested
there is also possible for Iran to withdraw.
PS: in the men's tournament, they replaced Pakistan with the next team Kazakhstan, so I think they offered that to the next team here too.
