Here are some insights from Ukrainian squads (not confirmed yet, but 70% possible according to the Trials-National Champs): 
Basanets lost at the Trials, so there can be a replacement with Anastasia Molochko (not so well-known boxer but we will see what she brings)
 
 
You got it right, Bova can be replaced, and her replacement is Anastasia Chernokolenko, who left no crumbs on all of her opponents in the Ukrainian Champs including 5th place in Tokyo Lysenko and Bova herself. To my mind, Chernokolenko looks really powerful in 66, so it would be interesting. 
 
Meanwhile, Chernokolenko will be replaced in 75 by youngster Karolina Makhno, who placed fifth at the 2021 WCH
 
He is out probably, he decided to move to non-Olympic 60 and lost in the semifinals there. Our hope for this weight is another young athlete Aider Abduraimov. 
 
It's also right, Khartsyz is likely to be replaced with Danyil Zamorylo in the first tournament, he shockingly lost to him in the final of the Ukrainian Champs
