well, considering that the game was broadcasted on rai3 (which is a minor channel, with an average share of 6/7% in primetime) and started at 8 p.m. (when our primetime normally starts at 9.15/9.30 p.m.) on a saturday night still in Summer (and that it was available also online on dazn, which has its own decent number of viewers, especially now that they broadcast the serie A football), I think it's a very, very good result... there's no chance for sports other than football, F1, Valentino Rossi and sometimes the big cycling classics to make big numbers in Italy... the Olympic Games are always an exception because they grab a lot of occasional viewers that would never watch any other sport on regular basis...

The process of naturalization is almost finished and there is almost no public hearings or interviews. Most Chinese fans are not aware of it at all so I don't know general opinion. For me, Chinese blood players are never with problems, East and Middle Asian players are not big problems since they also partially live in China. For typical non-Asian players, I personally don't encourage the naturalization but still acceptable if the amount is not too many in the team and 3 people is still reasonable for me.
