Would be a huge risk for China to let him compete in Tokyo. If it goes back to CAS and the same verdict is reached again, he almost certainly loses any medal he wins in Tokyo and China will look very foolish2 points -

and it is only the 2nd time ever since 1977 a team will enter the tournament with more than two 16 years old boys in their roster In fact the only team who had more than 2 players born 16 years before the tournament was Ukraine in 1996 fielding even four 16 years old boys. So we just eneterd the history books to 2nd place with 3.1 point

Final cut has been made after last night debacle from the Czechs. Goalie Patrik Kozel, defencers Matúš Hlaváč, Šimon Groch and forwards Michael Drábek, Róbert Bačo are out and had to already leave the bubble and fly back home, not the prettiest christmas gift for them for sure...but it is how it is. Only 25 can make it to the final roster. Now the positives. Unbelievable ! but we have a new national record. For the first time we will have three 16 years old boys in the team (Šimon Nemec, Filip Mešár and Juraj Slafkovský) !!! in all previous 24 appearances at the U20 WCh we had only 2 guys who were at their 16 years during the tournament Marián Gáborík and Erik Černák GOALTENDERS: Samuel Hlavaj (Sherbrooke Phoenix, ) Šimon Latkóczy (HK Dukla Trenčín) Eugen Rabčan (Winnipeg Ice, ) DEFENCERS: Oliver Turan (HC 07 Detva) Andrej Golian (Tri-City Americans, ) Dávid Mudrák (Oshava Generals, ) Šimon Nemec (HK Nitra) *Born in 2004 Šimon Bečár (HK Dukla Trenčín) Marko Stacha (HK Dukla Trenčín) Samuel Kňažko (TPS Turku, ) Rayen Petrovický (TuTo Turku, ) FORWARDS: Dominik Sojka (HC '05 Banská Bystrica) Roman Faith (Bratislava Capitals) Dominik Jendek (Slovan Bratislava) Juraj Eliaš (HC Košice) Filip Mešár (HK Poprad) *Born in 2004 Martin Chromiak (Kingston Frontenacs, ) Maroš Jedlička (HKM Zvolen) Jakub Kolenič (HKM Zvolen) Juraj Slafkovský (TPS Turku, ) *Born in 2004 Simon Jellúš (Karlskrona, ) Michal Mrázik (Linköping, ) Oleksii Myklukha (Rouyn-Noranda Huskies, ) Matej Kašlík (Chicoutimi Saguenéens, ) Artur Turanský (Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Knights, )1 point

Thats what I summarized in one word. The whole story China report is that Sun’s lawyer argued that one of the judge of CAS had some racist speeches of Chinese thus he is not neutral enough to be the judge. And Swiss court agreed with this procedural error and ordered CAS to hear this case again.1 point

Chinese media also reported that the case back to CAS not free him from suspension. The reason is that a judge from CAS is racist and it is a procedual error. But during this period if he is allowed to compete in FINA events remain unclear. Anyone please share infomoation.1 point
