Euro qualifier for Olympic Rugby 7s starts today in Moscow. Top 9 ranked teams will play in Olympic Qualifier on July 13th/14th. England are GB rep team yet Wales, who can’t qualify are playing. Makes the process totally flawed and open to abuse. WTF??
