Does any of you know if achieved OQT and OST at any National Championship and Trials count?

I'm asking because FINA's Qualification Events Calender doesn't count the current Hungarian Nationals as a qualification event.

In the official qualification document from FINA:

"Please note that competitions taking place after 1st March 2019 and which have been previously approved as qualifying meets for the FINA World Championships Gwangju 2019 will be automatically considered for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. There is no need to re-apply".

You should also count qualifying events to 2019 World Championships, where HungarianChampionships are, so they actually count. Obviously I think Hungary is a relatively big nation in swimming, so probably they will actually use other ways to devi e qualified athletes
