Looking at the rankings they are most likely to go with men's -58kg, men's -80kg, women's -49kg and women's -57kg. Only the men's -68kg has an athlete with a ranking, the other three weight classes do not.

Here's the media release (in Japanese) according to the linked media release, the final selection for the Japanese Olympic squad was held on february, 9th and the qualified fighters are: Sergio Suzuki Moron (men's -58kg)Ricardo Saburo Suzuki Moron (men's -68kg)Miyu Yamada (women's -49kg)Mayu Hamada (women's -57kg, 2015 World Champion) to be noticed...the 2 men are siblings with strong Bolivian heritage (Ricardo Saburo is even still listed as Bolivian by Taekwondodata)... pity that they choose to represent Japan... they could have been by far the best chance for Bolivia to qualify in an individual discipline... Although to be fair, competing for Bolivia instead of Japan might also have cost them a lot in terms of infrastructure and training options.
