This thing happens today too Caster something from South Africa, they have good doctors so they can look feminine, but  Cater doesnt do it either, bit if she can compete, so can the doped  russians.

The thing is she can't - at least there, where there are proves that her pro-male features do help.

She can’t really control what her country (moreover doctors in her country) deemed her gender to be. As @heywoodu said, the issue is very complicated, and throwing blame solely at her is very unfair.

It's fair to question that she can compete as a woman despite having advantages over other woman due to her having some internal male physical characteristics.

Definitely not fair to call her a cheater though. She has done nothing wrong.
