I think they will say the final words about that at the IAAF general meet just before the World Champs in Doha, but no official announcement has been done even about when the final decision will be taken...

it should, as National Championships are counted towards IAAF rankings (and hence as valid competitions for achieving minimum A)

I'm just asking because I already had Okada on my list, which I took from JoshMartini007's original list. I also have :RUS Kirill Frolov on my list already.
