Ideally, we should be able to send one female swimmer as well (through Universality quota) but doubt SFI would bother.

But women are really not upto the mark to be sent, we need to invest more on them. I again say until the federation find a way to get more money and athletes start getting money nothing will improve. Only way is get more money into the sport to get top athletes.
