It is noted that 17 out of 22 Russians who competed last season at the World Cup and IBU Cup have proven cases of doping. On the eve of Le Monde reported that at the headquarters of the IBU in Salzburg were searched in connection with the concealment of positive doping samples of Russians . The organization, in turn, noted that the search was conducted by the Austrian Federal Criminal Police in an investigation that focused on the activities of President Besseberg and Secretary General Nicole Resch.
