He is not registered for an official sport federation (only an amateur multi-sports association) and the only Pasquale Semeraro that I can find is a master MTB cyclist. I couldn't find the sport so I relied on http://www.sportsintegrityinitiative.com/italys-nado-sanctions-three-athletes-anti-doping-rule-violations/ which said "athlete" but probably didn't mean runner.
