Angola defeated Algeria in quarters , Egypt , Tunisia and Morocco booked their spots at Semis in African handball championship 2018

In Asia Bahrain booked the last spot in Semis and 2019 wch after defeating Japan 29-21 , so qualified teams to wch are :KOR:BRN:KSA:QAT

It's not the girls' fault, but EHF took the correct decision. Their government forced them to withdraw for political reason. By the way, if you read EHF rules, this is the minimum (and automatic) sanction...they could have banned the Serbian U20 for 2 more competitions for this political withdrawl

 

"If the withdrawal takes place after the draw of the qualification, the team may 
additionally be suspended from participation in EHF national team 
competitions of the corresponding age category and gender for up to two (2) 
competitions, including the respective qualification rounds."
