I guess it matters mostly in the sense that we now mostly know who will compete, or not even that? I mean the entry record doesn't matter. the list matters actually they can't add a new name to the list (or at least it will be very hard) but this list is not final for example there are 3 Iranians listed at 96kg. obviously only 2 of them will partcipiate very weak team from Iran. we just lost all of our World medalists for different reasons.
