I would just like to remind you that Argentina has taught Serbia a quarter of the final, we have no shame in revealing for the bronze, unfortunately our great players were not at the batum meeting, Fournier, Gobert. Colo and Ntikilina were up to the high.

Late to the party, but that Spain - Australia semi  and Argentina :woohoo:

Not like I've been following them through the years or something, but I find it really awesome to see someone back in the final after 17 years (and 15 years after already winning Olympic gold), legend

If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

Fun Fact time...

So :CZE (Czech Republic) by this 6th place equaled today in its first historic participation the result of the last participation of :CZE (Czechoslovakia) at the World Championships (6th Place n 1970 in 30px-Flag_of_Yugoslavia_(1946-1992).svg. )

EDIT: Wrong, see next post :p

True that! Amazing achievement! I truly believe they will make it to Tokyo from one of the qualifying tournaments next year

Oh that would be really amazing. because this time it didn't look very good with the amount of your qualified team sports. It would be really epic if the Male Basketball team will be the one who´ll save this :d

But I guess it´s not going to be an easy task against big Basketball countries.

Man, tell me about that. 4 tournaments, each with 6 teams and only winner of each tournament makes it? That is gonna be god damn tough. But in my opinion, based on the WCH 2019 result, Czechs might be in Seed Basket 1 altogether with the strongest teams. So if they go to the tournament from Basket 1, should be potentionally strongest to qualify. But honestly, if they gonna play again against Serbia or Turkey? Well, you never know. But I trust them. Hopefully Jan Veselý will be back on stage :-)
