Germany and Italy might indeed take the other 2 spots despite Germany having a horrible generation with only one (amazing) talent. I hope croatia can do sonething in this group..very talanted generation

Let's see. Germany has no real talents in this age group (except for Havertz), but somehow they easily won their group and even won a friendly match in Italy recently. Looking at the german talent pool it is very possible that Croatia is at least on the same level when it comes to individual talent (if this generation is really as talented as you claim).
