hckošice 13,130 Posted December 8, 2017 Author #39 Share Posted December 8, 2017 Qualification on Friday canceled The difficult weather conditions in the Black Forest lead to the cancellation of the qualification at the Ski Jumping World Cup in Titisee-Neustadt on Friday. The qualification round could start as planned at 12 pm CET, but after only eight of the 66 athletes, the jury decided to cancel the round for today. The reason for this decision was the gusty wind at the Hochfirst-hill, that was forecasted to further increase during the course of the day. The qualification shall now be held on Saturday at 2:30 pm CET instead of the trial round before the team competition (4 pm CET). Wellinger and Stoch with the best training jumps The best jumps in the official training, that could take place earlier today, were shown by Andreas Wellinger, with 133 m in the first round, and Kamil Stoch, with 142.5 m in the second round.
