dcro 10,179 Posted March 14, 2016 #37 Share Posted March 14, 2016 Meanwhile, the 1st seed (Kenya) and 4th seed (Egypt) in men's -56 kg at the African qualification are out. So, one of Zambia, Ghana, Lesotho and Uganda will win the quota what is great for them. Maybe even two of them will get it. Togo seems to be the only unqualified nation with a chance to grab its first quota here. #banbestmen

dcro 10,179 Posted March 15, 2016 #39 Share Posted March 15, 2016 Lesotho (-52kg), Togo (-91kg) and Cape Verde (+91kg) are in semifinals. Boxing seems to be developed in all parts of Africa. #banbestmen
heywoodu 13,540 Posted March 15, 2016 #40 Share Posted March 15, 2016 Zambian boxers had to train in the hotel hallways because the Cameroonian organization had no training venue for them Reading a little it looks like this is a very typical African sports event in terms of organization (you know, the kind of organization that even a 3 year old child would do better). If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated!
