opruh 129 Posted October 23, 2017 #31 Share Posted October 23, 2017 Denmark open and world junior championship just ended. China is a total flop in both competition. What ever happened to this team after the olympics. Lin Dan is the God of badminton but he's definitely done playing shitty tournaments, why is there no youngsters to replace him. And why is Wang Shixian not playing anymore, she's very pretty she needs to play again. This thread is dead, why is no one posting.

Sadly Totallympics never had a good amount of Badminton fans who discuss things. I am really happy with the way Srikanth is playing this year. 3 Superseries Titles in a year Also, this is his 5th career SS title putting him on joint 4th behind legends LCW (45), Lin Dan (21) and Chen Long (17)

Shi Yuqi is a pretty decent replacement (though he hasn't been that good the second half of the year) and they have plenty of young women who are getting closer to the top. But no doubt that China is looking weaker than they've been for a long time. And about the totallympics badminton community. Sadly that's pretty much me and a handfull of Asians.
