I believe that there will be experts who will be able to express themselves in a short space of time. And no, not in some fancy new stadium! In the Kasarani Stadium in Nairobi, where only last month the World U18 Championships were held. The most electrifying atmosphere ever seen in any athletics championships....and it was 'only' for U18 athletics! Imagine the total and complete party if it's the real deal!
