BIH got it in men's, so no women's wild card for them. My guess is that Macedonia and Oman potentially didn't apply. From what I know, wild cards in athletics and swimming are not counted as tripartite commission wild cards. Any nation that didn't qualify anyone in these sports can receive them. So Bosnia and Herzegovina should get 2 wild cards for swimming. On the other hand, tripartite wild cards can only go to eligible nations.
