It seems incredible according to the Video, it is the Italian swimmer who made an obstruction on the French swimmer and not the reverse

Then it seems to me that the Italian swimmer was the one who should have received a yellow flag. Instead, the French swimmer received a red flag, because she had already received an yellow flag before. This is weird. Really weird.
