I hope they stay out of São Paulo next month

If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

:woohoo:Let’s all go to Mexico and party with @mrv86!:

Public Service Announcement: Don’t try cocaine. You can die from just one dose. If you really want an “exotic” experience, or “party” do Mary Jane or alcohol. None of it is good, but little bit of alcohol or weed shouldn’t kill you, cocaine can.

Well I'm not the kind of person to use any substances of the sort, so while in Mexico, you'll need to find anyone else who wants to party.

Starting a couple of years ago, the Supreme Court has started a campaign to legalize the use of drugs for recreation; however there are two things you need to know before thinking you're safe to consum drugs in Mexico:

1) As opposed to other systems, a Supreme Court ruling doesn't have universal effects, meaning you'll need to initiate your own judicial procedure to obtain your own "permission" for drug use.

2) The rulings allow recreational drug use on condition the substance is obtained by licit means, which is not curently possible in Mexico, as the product and sale, and even posesion, of drugs is still a punishable offense in itself.

5 killed in Tatras /Poland by Lightning :yikes:, isn't this mountain in SVK @hckosice ?

Right. Sadly a very strong storm suddenly came from the clear sky and the lightning struck the iron cross on top of one of the hills. storms in the mountains can suddenly come out of nowhere and may be very dangerous.

RIP to the victims and their families.

Yeah I was up in the Sierra Nevadas a few years ago and it went from a sunny day in July, to 1-2 inches of snow on the ground :yikes:
