Oh my goodness, this is perfect

I hope you told her that it wouldn't be weird if she had a picture of a potato at school. That's like taking away kids pictures from parents' wallets...

She showed me this today

Oh my goodness... This is priceless. Will she attend the 60th annual potato pancake festival in 2022? :d

IDK, I’ll have to ask her. (And maybe have her teach me some basic Lithuanian)

@Sindo Give us more emotions please.

If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

A secret recording of the 1940 armistice has been released

the video here

Spoiler

"I want to tell you that there are certain conditions that we will not accept whatever happens." The insecure voice of General Charles Huntziger reflects the uneasiness of the French delegation, June 22, 1940, in the clearing of Rethondes, at the time of signing the document confirming the defeat of France by the representative of the Third Reich. A moment of history engraved in a secret sound recording, whose content is revealed for the first time in the second part of the documentary 1940, the secrets of the armistice, broadcast Sunday, February 3 at 22:40 on France 5.

Records long hidden in the corners of history and the incredible trajectory. Reappearing seventy-five years after the fact, thanks to the businessman and collector Bruno Ledoux, who found them in 2015 at an auction in Germany, these recordings still have many mysteries.
