Rules:

1 Any member can participate 

2 Each country can have a maximum of 5 movies per country 

3 It is not necessary to represent the country of your birth .

4 Each member can represent a maximum of 5 nations. (the 2nd nation should not have member in the forum or if he/she doesn't post till 25 you can post a entry from that country. 

5. Format of the entry 

  Eg : Mexico :MEX

         Movie name 

Preview of the Movie 

Links to watch the movie (or download )

6. Movie must be released on or before 31st December 2019 

7.Time limit of movie - 1hr 15mins to 3hrs 15 mins 

8.The last day to submit the movie is 31st March 2019.

Not compulsory and, in most cases, most likely also not legal :p

Well, I haven’t come across that mascot during my research yet, but I’m going to guess either the Indian Ocean Games, or one of the Asian Games (Indoor, Beach, etc.)

Nope but you have very happily watched the games, though not that edition from which mascot was taken

Well that narrows it down to basically every international multi-sports games. Is it the SEA Games?
