Although every time I happen to watch one of the rare matches where he's behind, he'll call for a medical timeout or some other form of a break

yes he always pretends to be injured when he's behind this's my problem always with Novak

It doesn't much hurt his popularity though, I always see half the stadium screaming their lungs out for every point he makes
