hckošice 13,246 Posted February 15, 2020 #781 Share Posted February 15, 2020 Well Petra will probably never win the races she want the most, just like in Levi this season but kudos to Robinson for the great run
justony 444 Posted February 15, 2020 #782 Share Posted February 15, 2020 Ha ha, Meta Hrovat on the podium in her backyard (she comes from Kranjska Gora), well done. And amazing 6th Tina Robnik and 14th Ana Bucik, both with their GS personal best.
Monzanator 3,594 Posted February 15, 2020 #783 Share Posted February 15, 2020 Slovenians sure used some inside knowledge of the Podkoren. Robnik finishing ahead of Brignone is a surprise
heywoodu 13,552 Posted February 15, 2020 #784 Share Posted February 15, 2020 (edited) Epic run for Robinson, holy shit. One of the absolute highlights of the season. Edited February 15, 2020 by heywoodu If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! justony 444 Posted February 15, 2020 #785 Share Posted February 15, 2020 Robnik had a misfortune during the season, when she fell nasty on a training of parallel slalom, so she had to abandon few races. For me her 6th place, especially in front of home crowd is not a surprise, it was just a matter of time, when she will complete with two good runs. hckošice 13,246 Posted February 16, 2020 #787 Share Posted February 16, 2020 awful 1st run from Petra, not sure what happened, but that was really bad, too slow.. one of her worst runs in a couple of last years, reminded me the run 1 in PyeongChang Hopefully a much better 2nd run to come this afternoon, even if the win is not realistic today +0.90 is too much, but at least the podium can be still doable
Blue Swede 8 Posted February 16, 2020 #788 Share Posted February 16, 2020 Anna Swenn Larsson in the lead with 0,50 to Nina Haver Löseth. Didn´t see that coming, even with Schiffrin not participating. Still,Kranjska Gora is traditionally good hunting grounds for us since back in the days of Ingemar Stenmark.

Oi, had the victory firmly in her hand, wipes out spectacularly a couple of gates from the line.
