Bearas 364 Posted March 5, 2016 #11 Share Posted March 5, 2016 Lithuania has 12th best non-qualified diver in women's springboard. So we still have a smallest chance to qualify. Especially if other countries refuses their given quotas (like South Africa). The result was achieved by Genevieve Green Angerame, originally she born under name Akvilė, but was adopted by American-Lithuanian family in US. It was her first ever start under Lithuanian flag. Just a pitty that she missed one dive, where she scored around 20 points. If that dive was anything like the others (which were in 50s and 60s) she would 100% be in Rio. #banbestmen

mrv86 2,923 Posted March 17, 2016 Author #15 Share Posted March 17, 2016 Well, that's good news; however, in other competitions organized by FINA, they have to compete as independent athletes, like this weekend in Dubai.
