Well, the italian 2026 bid is a national bid that involve almost all the north-east Italy

i'm getting old, i'm forgetting stuff

Still, there is one difference, the bid was technically a two cities bids, not a regional one like that one ;)

Didn't South Africa try it for a while (for 2016 or 2020?)....and then just threw the thing overboard?

If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

I... don't remember that :nopompom: When Durban was still going to host the CWG, it was said that the city could bid for the Olympics

I am relieved to find my memory hasn't left me :d

Although it didn't really get far and was still far from being an official bid.
