TomJa 64 Posted September 29, 2019 #236 Share Posted September 29, 2019 Wow! What a surprise! A week ago Pedersen was the best at the Grand Prix d'Isbergues, and today he becomes world champion. However, from next season the runner-up will be in the CCC Team. Greg van Avermaet did a great job with the Polish team. Although Poles were not the main heroes, CCC riders took care of the emotions. But still he looked to be strong today, pitty he does not have the required team support. Anyway, I am really really super happy for Pedersen, trust me, really happy. I never in my life saw a countryman win a world title and today saw the best one not only be in potential shape to do so, but actually be in the front of the race until 15km before the finish.
