Wow, Quintana has already lost almost one and a half minute on Roglic at the first split :yikes:

I mean, I know there's a significant difference in their ITT capabilities, but that's big.

If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

And that's over two minutes down the drain for Quintana with 12km to go.

Superman and Piti are doing pretty well, 1:32 and 0:54 behind Roglic ain't bad.

Incredible Vuelta so far for Slovenian cycling, I hope that Roglič can ride in red all the way to Madrid, and that Pogačar finish on podium with white jersey on his back.

Am I asking too much? :d:bounce::cheer:

From Pogacar I think you are, he's insanely talented but also really, really young for a three week race :p

Roglic is the 90% favourite in my opinion, only something like a fall or sickness should normally keep him away from the win. He's not the best climber, but not so far behind one could see him lose almost two minutes.

Final climb of the day coming up and well, this looks fun (for anyone not on a bike, that is).

That was impressive by Gilbert yesterday, too bad Barcelo had to let him go, but alright. Today there's a finish on the absolute monster from hell that's called Los Machucos.
