Ohhh yes they are. Let's say this time Russia is Real Madrid, Canada PSV.

Real Madrid got beaten by Leganes yesterday, so they're not that good? :evil:

Kidding of course, thanks, this comparison makes it pretty clear what to expect :d

If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

And thanks, bookmakers still have odds of 2+ (even 2.75) for Russia/OAR to win the gold :evil:

Now I am very well aware nobody ever has 100% chance to win anything, but that does sound good :p

OMG!!!! :yikes::yikes::yikes:

but are we gonna watch the Olympic tournament or an all-star game? :rofl:

basically it's a 2-team shuffle with only 2 "foreigners"...

p.s. and I still have some friends who think that SKA and CSKA aren't good enough to be Stanley Cup contenders if they were at the start in the NHL...:raspberry:

moreover, just take note that those 2 teams can't even be the 2 KHL finalists, since they play in the same Conference...

p.p.s. by the way, if they don't come home with Gold this time, they won't get it anymore for the remaining days in the history of the game of hockey...

one change in the German team. The Mannheim Adler´s defencer Sinan Akdag will replace his team mate Denis Reul, who had to submit a ankle surgery.

Interesting news about the 38 years old USA´s Brian Gionta, who has no club this whole season, but apparently he made a deal with AHL´s Rochester to play one match for them before the departures to Korea against Toronto on Friday. This will be only his 4th match this season after the 3 games of USA in the Deutschland Cup last November
