Yes he was but if Justin Gatlin got a third chance then why we should object to Loginov getting a second? Lifetime bans after one-time offense isn't gonna happen no matter what MF says. Maybe wouldn't have gotten a medal, probably wouldn't, but he'd still be there with QFM and Tarjei Boe. Brain fart?
