We will see, there are many guys in the mix (Kenny, the 2 dutch guys, Bötticher, Carlin). I am starting to think that the Netherlands might have a serious shot at winning 2-3 golds in Tokyo. I think at this point everyone knows to not take results at world championships seriously, but based on what i heard from the german federation for example after the last olympics i think that other nations learned their lesson and will step up at the olympics. Maybe the fact that GB has decreased the funding will also have an effect. Attachment is the great fabricator of illusions; reality can be obtained only by someone who is detached. I think the Olympics were a year too early for Bos, but I seem to remember he was definitely world class before Athens. Sure, not as dominant as Lavreysen and Hoogland now, true How many sprinters (team sprint, individual sprint, keirin) can a nation send to the Olympics? From those three they can pick 2 for individual events. #banbestmen

Meh, wouldn't wanna be the coach who has to pick the names. Lavreysen, Hoogland, Büchli, Van 't Hoenderdaal, Van den Berg and Bos could all be part of a gold medal winning team sprint team..I'd go for the first three if I had to choose, but damn If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated!
