2016 Olympian, gymnast Tutya Yilmaz from Turkey has announced her retirement. Probably the most anxious and nervous gymnast I've seen competing in my life, but she had lots of potential. Unfortunately, she fell 99% of the time. She hit her balance beam routine at the 2016 Olympics, though, and deserved a spot in the final, but fell short. Still, it was beautiful and probably the best routine in her entire career.

Legendary speed skater Shani Davis. Hadn't raced since the 2018 Olympics, but had never said he's retired until now.

If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!
