If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

That was really surprising to see our team avoiding penalty loops for 4 shootings in a row, but now Bartko has fixed it. ;)

Just watching that last year in this same race Hasilla made 8 penalty loops

but still it wasn´t the worst effort, Johannes Kuehn did in the same leg 9 loops :d

Haha yes Johannes Kühn is a terrible shooter, he's definitely never gonna do anything impressive in terms of shooting like getting a podium in an individual or something.

I'm return here only to saying that I'm extremally sad and I almost cry by hearing news that one of my favourites ever biathlete :CAN Nathan Smith decided to retire after todays relay races (I was fearing about this when he with the rest team drink champagne on the finish line)

In last two years he couldn't keep his form from 2015 when he won silver medal at World Championships and then in next year World Champs together with brothers Gow and Brendan Green won bronze in relay race due to serious healthy problems and he missed almost whole 2016/2017 season with exception of Oestersund and pre-Olympic world cup in PyeongChang. Nathan, named by teammates as "Harry Potter" will be for sure missed by his fans and especially for me, I hope that in future we will can see him as an coach, of coures if health will return to normal. Bye or See You Nathan! :(

One interesting note. In the 2017-18 Biathlon World Cup season, there were 17 nations on the medal table at the end of the season.

Pokljuka and Hochfilzen is over and we have 13 nations on the medal table already.

From the 2017-18 season we're still missing Belarus (that scored 11 podium spots mostly due to great performances from Domracheva and Nadezhda Skardino whom are both retired), Slovenia, Latvia, Canada, United States and Kazakhstan. And for the 2018-19 season we already have Poland and Switzerland on the medal table from the new nations.

Now, Belarus has a realistic chance with Kryuko, Slovenia with Fak, Latvia with Rastorgujevs, Canada (well, perhaps), United States might do it with Dunklee and that would already be more nations on the medal table at the end of the year.

Thoughts if any other nation could spring a miracle? Like someone from the East, or perhaps Belgium?
