Based on this year: Conseslus Kipruto is extremely strong. Based on the rest: Kemboi is always at his very best in championships. Time and time again he has shown that he is the main athlete to beat, even when he didn't look that strong in previous races. So if I have to guess, I'm going for Kemboi.
