Severe Rain currently (think hurricane rain), with the potential to turn into blizzard conditions. It’s currently somewhere between 40-38 F (freezing is 32). Forecasted lows between 34-36 F (cold enough to produce snow). Record snowfall expected throughout Southern California tonight. All major freeways are prepared for shutdowns.
