There are some "pro fans" with a drum who lead the cheering. Others join occasionally. hckošice 1 #banbestmen
dcro 10,172 Posted November 29, 2018 #133 Share Posted November 29, 2018 Linz wins 5:2, including one empty net goal... Well, at least there was a decent number of goals. heywoodu and hckošice 2 #banbestmen
hckošice 13,129 Posted December 10, 2018 #134 Share Posted December 10, 2018 Artur Kayumov from Lokomotiv Yaroslavl is banned for 13 matches after he completely lost his minds during the KHL game against Jokerit Helsinki two days ago. In the 48th minute firstly he almost killed the Jokerit defencer Jesper Jensen and then started to punch the referee and it´s a supposed Chicago Blackhawks prospect ! hckošice 13,129 Posted December 13, 2018 #137 Share Posted December 13, 2018 Miserable shooting efficiency once again...This season it´s clearly our biggest issue. At least 3 clear goal chances missed, one to a half empty net from some 2 meters, but we still managed to shoot wide, then a Rssian attack a couple of seconds later ofc finished by their winning goal even in the last minute empty netter power play we threw away one huge chance...obviously this roster is far from the team that will play the WCh...but the lack of strikers we noticed in the Deutschland Cup team and in todays game is quite worrying for the future

Sure, it´s not the strongest Russian squad ever, but I don´t think this team is so modest, almost the same roster won the Deutschland Cup last month, it´s still a team formed by young KHL players and potential Russian A team for next years. But I do agree, that the match was quite boring, all our matches may looks like this now, this is the game play under Craig Ramsey. We focus more on the well organized defense, if you take a look on our matches since Ramsey became the coach, you´ll hardly find a game when our opponent scored against us more than 2-3 goals. also his biggest mark is our penalty killing. Last WCh for example SVK was the best team in PK stats, if I remember correctly we received only 1 goal during opponents power plays. the same in the Deutschland Cup, I was just amazed by our play during opponents PPs. Today (even if not in so impressive way I must admit) it was still again a 100% PK efficiency for us against Russia "B" even if they played, like you noticed, quite a lot of PPs. looks any team we send to a international tournament, this is a thing they trains the most now, The problem is really the offensive part. It´s very bad, we need a lot of chances to score a goal. We really need to finally find some real top scorers..this task will be the biggest challenge for Ramsey before the WCh.
