Would of preferred to see Paraguay get that, though I bet Honduras’ weightlifter will be much more competitive...

I believe this is an error, but UANA has published a list of countries qualified for open water swimming and it lists :DMA as qualified in men's. They could have meant :DOM ...

The NF wanted to go, but the COC rejected it, likely due to costs. They have a hard cap on athletes they can send.

Damn! They’re just giving away quotas now. Do you know if any other nations received reallocations. There were a couple more eligible smaller nations.
