Brazilian judoka Silva tested positive for the banned substance Fenoterol, which is used to treat asthma, and was stripped of her gold medal in the women’s 57kg event, Panam Sports said in a statement.

Also, don’t know if this was already said on here, but Brazil lost another medal to doping. Their men’s track cycling team sprint loses bronze.

Yes, Panam Sports sent a corrected table the media this morning. You can find it in the article above :d

They claimed it was just an error regarding the tiebreak method for the medal table.

I still don't understand how Rafaela Silva was stripped of the gold medal, but still was allowed to compete (and earned a team bronze medal) at the Judo World Championships.
