The main part of the team is formed from 11 players of the local Alps Hockey League. The top star of the team will be probably the galtender Andreas Bernard who started the last season in when he was the #1 goaltender of ässät pori, but then finished the season with some good numbers in the german DEL team Adler Mannheim. As it was a tradition in the past, we can find quite a lot of naturalized north americans in the final Italian roster. 5 Players of the team played last season in the EBEL league, 2 in the NLA. The top scorer of the team should be obviously Giovanni Morini who scored 14 goals in last season for the HC Lugano. worth to mention is also Diego Kostner one of the legends of this team has played his 8th consecutive season in for Ambri Piotta The oldest player of the team is the 37 years old Marco Rosa, who already played in the past in AHL, in or in top leagues, but only now this naturalized canadian will experience his debut with the Italian National Team. phelps 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
