    Well. You barely have a threshold while Slovakia's is at a rather high 5%. Eventhough it's good news that Republika didn't make it that's too high for my opinion. Almost 1/6 of all votes were "wasted" on parties who weren't elected.

    My main candidates would all be questionable for the Opening (late arrivals or competing the day after). But I would say Lasse Norman Leth (Track cycling) Emma Aastrand Jørgensen (kayak sprint) If they're not there at the time: Anne Marie Rindom (Sailing) Joachim Sutton (rowing)

    It feels like it has some decent downhill sections with a lot of twist and turns. That rock garden about 2/3 through seems awesome. I like that it has more woody parts than Olympic tracks usually have (though it makes it harder for me to find a nice spot for the women's race) Certainly not as much features as we've seen before, but I think it's pretty decent

    Vingegaard and Roglic makes the GC Kuss people shut up but meanwhile makes the purists angry... These guys just can't win!

    Would love to see Kuss win it. Damn strong rider and seems like a great guy, but man pundits and "fans" are tiring during this race.

    Danish medal potential. I'm in!

    The Danish pair was unlucky as well as Lærke was hit by glandular fever shortly before the Worlds Felt like they should be an Olympic contender, but not with that kind of luck.

    That could be said about several other sports. I understand nothing when it comes to judging dressage or artistic swimming (and very little in several other "artistic" sports in both summer and winter sports. Don't get me wrong. I'm not a fan of breaking being in the Olympics, but some people not understanding it is not a good reason unless we should cut a lot of sports.

    No. The ILCA classes will do 2 races tomorrow (it was a reserve day), but for kite and IQFoil we know the quotas now.

    has protested the BFD in the 49er FX. The hearing is set for tomorrow morning. Could change the final quota

    Sure about Finland in the 49er FX? Looking at the standings it's Denmark in 10th taking the last quota.

    We're none the less talking about a boat costing millions of dollars (I've seen both 4 and 6 million mentioned). Way too expensive for most nations. Nacra 17 was said to be expensive when it changed to the foiling version, but it's nowhere near close. I enjoy SailGP, but it's a commercial event. If you try getting it into the Olympics it's just gonna be the same 5-8 power houses and no changes at all. Doing that at the cost of other events would be a disaster.
