  1. Standings after day 1... 221.578% 218.151% 211.277% 206.920% 201.860% 198.609% 197.205% EL In bold are the provisional Olympic qualifiers. Outstanding day for Brazil who also have 1st and 3rd placed individual athletes.
  2. Woah, Renderson Silva takes over the individual lead! He may end up winning the day, which would be a pretty massive upset.
  3. Dressage DJ played an instrumental of the Weeknd during one of the tests, so I guess it's hardly a surprise that the stadium DJ has switched to the Weeknd during this, the final break.
  4. Fantastic test for Anna Marek. It was a delight to watch. Individual gold medal favorite Mendoza made a huge error, but is still up there at 71%. He laughed it off and stays the favorite imo. 70.217% for Grimm. Chile is looking at 4th or 5th place here. Heck, maybe even bronze. Certainly their best team result in many decades.
  5. And we are off! Very nice production value. Wonderful test for Cordoba Wolf and her Friesian horse.
  6. Neznam kako funkcionira renking ovdje, ali Klis je zasad unutra u modernom petoboju. Izgledno je da će biti još 2-5 realokacija, pa bi se lista trebala spustiti još više prema dolje...
  7. Looks like FEI will broadcast everything on their Youtube channel. https://www.youtube.com/@feichannel/videos?view=2&sort=dd&live_view=502&shelf_id=0
  8. Indeed. Funny how the likes of boxing, wrestling, and indeed, fencing do not "glorify violence".
  9. Let the floodgates open. We shall have 500 NOCs by 2036 then, representing all kinds of nations and stuff.
  10. I was out of loop so didn't catch this song on time. Too bad. I would have loved to have entered it for the Annual this year.
  11. China got DQ'd following a positive doping test. Japan earns the quota place instead. https://eventingnation.com/china-loses-olympic-place-japan-qualifies-for-paris-after-positive-drug-test/
  12. Any news if there will be (official) live coverage available somewhere?
  13. Right, but since the Pan Ams hold higher privilege, should Brazil finish in the Top 3 here, the Nations Cup quota will be reallocated.
  14. USA is already qualified in eventing. I'd pick Canada and Brazil, but would not be surprised if Argentina pulled through. For jumping there are 3 places on offer. I'd go with and one of . Mexico can afford a failure here as long as both USA and Brazil qualify. Watch out for Argentina, Colombia and maybe even Chile, though.
  15. Both Bermudan and Trinidadian riders who qualified are Europe based so likely their federation refused to pay for the whole trip.
  16. Been really busy lately, and it will continue at least for a while, but hopefully I will be able to vote. At any rate, it's time to present our entry. For this, the 10th year anniversary special, we decided to get sentimental with Perfect Places... Croatia Lorde - Perfect Places
  17. Scores start from zero in the Challenge Final. Don't forget that Argentina performed very well last year. They could end up snatching a surprise quota.
  18. Very surprising podium. Gold for India, silver for China, no medal for neither Japan nor South Korea (I believe that's a first time for both). Jacqueline Siu looks good for a possible individual title defense, meanwhile.
  19. Yeah, but Mirza essentially needs to find one big results to qualify (or two very decent ones). Time is running out.
  20. Right. For some reason I thought it was the Mediterranean Beach Games instead. Go big or go home I guess.
  21. Insane MBG for us with 8 (!) medals so far, including the first ever gold in the men's beach handball. Hoped we would host the next edition, but looks like they have been awarded to the "Mediterranean" nation of Portugal...
  22. According to Olympedia, Greece hasn't had 5+ shooters in one Olympics since 1984 (excluding 2004 for obvious reasons). A great achievement.
