Sorry if I misunderstood - you think football is boring?

Posting this here, since I don't think any sports thread will be appropiate So lately this poll has been done in The UK - what are your thoughts? Personally I am a bit surprised 40% of Brits think Football is boring Also, currently our national sports channel is doing a similar poll, only with 20 sports, including handball, volley and Ice Hockey which are not on this list. I will inform you about the results after they will be published in Monday or Tuesday

Sad that today the EC starts in one of my favourite sports and I don't have anyone to cheer for

Well... stilll, we played surprisingly decent.

We are winning against

First truly demanding opponent for our girls.i don't count on a win, but maybe they will play decently

I have quite the same problem @Werloc does. Not many of my friends, especially female friends interest in sports And even if they do, they concentrate mostly on football. Other olympic sports, even the quite popular ones like volley or tennis only exist to them when a Polish athlete is close to achieving something. One of my closest friends who considers himself quite a big sports fan was surprised a sport such as modern pentathlon even exists. I also thought about advertising totallympics on some Polish forums I discuss on, but it is very likely people who would register here would not even be interested in commenting about sports and discussing results and would simply try to provoke or insult users from Germany, Russia or other countries, which would bring a bad atmosphere to the forums and is also against the Olympic spirit.

Now we know all the teams which qualified to under 17 women's and under 18 men's Eurovolley U17W: QUALIFIED: HOST U18M: QUALIFIED HOST / No Polish team at either competition, this is just a nightmare last season with the exceptio n of one generation and so far this one prove we do not have almost any talented youth players

WOW, WHAT AN UPSET IN MEN'S QUALIFICATION Belarus just beat Serbia 3-0 without giving them any chance in any set (25-9 ; 25-21 ; 25-16) and 99% sure they will win the group and play the finals in czech Republic and Slovakia Serbia must wait for results in other groups to see if they will finish amongst top 3 runners up and qualify. It is not impossible that the small points ratio will eliminate them
