  1. OMG, that was extremely relatable The lyrics has definitely killed songs for me in the past.
  2. I personally am still not a huge fan of TISC in Algeria, because of his prior bullying of multiple hosts of the event. Although he did behave this year pretty nicely.
  3. There has been plenty non-English songs to do well over 100 points. Your point becomes even less valid with Hungary's fourth place this year... The fact that native language songs were already ahead in scoring doesn't sound pretty farly to me, sorry.
  4. Yes, I have noticed one huge mistake. New Zealand should never be last in any music competition, like, ever. And that's coming from a man that did not give them a point in this edition
  5. BREAKING NEWS! Are our memes dying? Many would say that this TISC has been a success, but what the Danish hosts are not telling you is................................... This TISC thread actually has the least pages of replies since Annual in 2016. This may be partially blamed on @Agger for having claimed he has a life outside of this competition, thus not leaving approximately 100 replies during the day that would have kept them above Annual in 2017. Shocking indeed...
  6. Technically, in the case of the winner denying hosting rights, top 2 and top 3 are considered? Both countries haven't hosted yet either. But nobody ever said that @heywoodu can't host both, the second being a continental collaboration with Brazil
  7. I don't have the energy to do a background check for this, but I think that I might have won a medal in every team competition since we started hosting them.
  8. Well, the Lithuanian performance this year was pretty close to awful, but I guess that's the lesson for me that I'll probably stop playing strategic games and just send songs that I feel are right for me, no matter where they end up in the scoretable. Congratulations @heywoodu with the victory. Since you climbed up to my 3rd place, I'm pretty happy with how things turned out, although I didn't feel as invested to root for someone as previous years, the songs did not impact me emotionally this time around. Grats to Australia, Hungary and Sweden for a great run, it was a very close battle between you. Picking the song for 2020 is going to be a headache, I'm usually much more prepared for this, but see you all after the snow melts. It might not have been a fun year for Lithuania, but I'm glad that I can meme my way to Hell twice a year with all you guys and gals.
  9. Ah, that's the congratulations that @heywoodu was waiting for all night
  10. 1 point to Croatia, 5 to Brazil, 6 to Mexico, 8 to Slovenia, 10 to Lithuania, 12 to Kazakhstan and we all finish with a score of 69, Serbia.
  11. Surprise, but Bulgaria and Czech Republic just re-entered the competition with combined 24 points directly to Hungary
  12. OKAY THEN, NEW ZEALAND. I SEE YOU Seriously. In the depths of 31st place I can always rely on @Wanderer to pull me out of the well of disappointment
  13. Hey there, beautiful I kept the bottom half of the table warm since the 1st vote.
  14. Hold up there a second, it almost feels as if we've copied each others reserves :D had Argentina in 14th, Italy in 15th, Canada in 17th and NZ at 20
  15. Don't lie. You know fully well what you're doing, getting points from me in nearly every edition.
  16. country is many times one person sounds like something Communism would say
  17. Seriously wtf, I'm playing mind games with the users on this forum
  18. And now we know why @Wumo rushed to deliver the Australian vote
  19. I literally can't believe we went for the same initial reaction
  20. Now. If only we would have 40 remaining juries, I would still have hopes of joining the 100 club
