It's usually published shortly before ceremony starts (anyway, I believe that's how it was at some recent Olympics).

Then again, why wait to see it on some website when you can simply ask the NOC? The goal is to have the flag bearers, so if asking the NOC's helps in getting the flag bearers, asking the NOC's is a good thing
