they will get more...tomorrow they have another gold already in their pocket with the women's Boulder (always thanks to Janja :hearts:) and they could also get medals in both the men's Boulder and Lead (actually, it's highly likely they get a medal in the men's Lead)...

p.s. sorry for all the Hungarian friends, but I fear the men's Triathlon is going to be a French clean sweep...

They know what they are doing, IOC loves "extreme". Next they will put a couple of spikes below them and create some artificial rain and wind. The possibilities are endless. Call it "Extreme Sport Climbing" and you got two more gold medals for your discipline at the Summer Games.

Although the average urban viewer won't have a clue whether or not a boulder is technically hard :p

If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

the average urban viewer might like the speed event, with its 5-sec races...surely not lead and/or boulder competitions with their 2-hour sessions...;)

there literally zero chance for slovakia to win gold at this, my dear sir. even winning any medal is unlikely, not a single of our eventual strong sports, the only chance is the M K4-500, but as we had the opportunity to see at the worlds last week, it is far from being any safe, we finished 4th a whole second behind the bronze of this season new powerhouse of the discipline Ukraine
