And another one - Indian sprinter Duttee Chand.  As discussed, India is currently the World Leader in doping bans.

Seems it was for Ligandrol. He must have had very clear evidence of contamination for his ban to be reduced to only one year but I don't see anything like that mentioned in the news reports (for comparison Shayna Jack got two years). Also a bit strange that it's taken a year for this to be made public.
